After many years of study and testing we offer the patented Pin-Lok scaffold plank.
This plank is constructed from Dense Select grade Southern Yellow Pine or Douglas Fir lumber.
The center structural member is sealed and heat treated twisted pins are inserted every 22 inches of the plank bonding the pieces together.
The center section is designed to break first exhibiting an audible warning so that workers may exit the plank without injury a feature not present with other planks. |

The Pin-Lok plank shown in this picture was broken during testing. The plank failed at over 2900 pounds - higher than either a laminated or DI-65 board - and still has enough reserve strength to support 4 grown men. |
